All confirmed orders (through 'PAYMENT CONFIRMATION' menu) will be processed on the following day.
We will ship your order if there are no problems occurring in terms of payment.
We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order ID, unfortunately, no combined-orders possible for shipment.
International rates may change based on exchange rate. Shipping cost will be added to your total purchase after you have checked out.
For international shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 (one) kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.
When placing your order on Tenuedeattire.com, please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Friday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
Please allow 1-2 working days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your order, and pack your order. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
Orders can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed.

OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA. Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL(Singapore,Malaysia,Australia,United States & United Arab Emirates). Estimated delivery time: 5-15 working days after shipment and delay might occur during public holidays.
Tenue De Attire is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after our logistic partner has delivered the packages to the designated address.
Customers are responsible if our logistic partners can't deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.
If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer's conditions.
If there are any shipping errors coming from Tenue de Attire, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.
We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company - both for sending and returning the product to us.
